3 Superfood lattes that'll kickstart your day

Appearing on menus around the world as Golden Lattes, Matcha lattes and Red Velvet Lattes, these tasty drinks offer powerful functional health benefits and are fast gaining popularity as the colourful new options to try when you’re tired of caffeine or in need of an energy boost.

Also known as rainbow lattes, super lattes or unicorn lattes, superfood lattes are the latest international trend in café culture.

Superfoods are nutrient powerhouses packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals to give your body a boost it needs. In latte form, they taste amazing!

Flavours like turmeric and beetroot, which are generally associated with savoury, have been transformed into delicious, sweet lattes with all their functional health benefits now derived in one delicious super drink.

At red espresso®, we’re continuing our tradition of new and exciting caffeine-free alternatives to coffee with our range of colourful superfood latte mixes.

They are made of real, plant-based ingredients. Our latte mixes are vegan (when prepared with dairy alternatives), non-GMO, naturally caffeine-free, nut free, gluten free, additive and preservative free.

Discover why our superfood lattes are so good for you:

Turmeric latte
Also known as a Golden Latte for the colour of the turmeric powder, our turmeric latte mix is a perfect blend of turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and coconut blossom sugar. Turmeric has been found to help improve digestion, reduce inflammation and combat viral and bacterial infections, while cinnamon has been hailed for its antioxidant properties and been proven to help reduce the risk of heart disease. Ginger, commonly used to fight colds, flu, indigestion and nausea, is also another powerful anti-inflammatory.

Beetroot latte
Appearing on menus as a Red Velvet Latte or a Crimson Latte for its striking red colour, our beetroot latte mix is made from real beetroot that’s been freeze-dried into a powder, ginger and coconut blossom sugar. Very high in antioxidants, it’s the ideal drink after a hard gym session or if you’re starting to get the flu. You can also add some to your breakfast bowl

Matcha latte
Made from green tea, and containing more powerful antioxidants than its green tea counterpart (because the whole leaf is ground to a powder), our matcha latte is a firm favourite with health seekers. Antioxidants help fight free radicals in your body caused by the sun, pollution and stress and prevent premature ageing, heart disease and cancer. Blended with a touch of coconut blossom sugar to make a perfectly balanced drink.

Add health and colour your menu

Ideal for your café and so easy to make at home too. Our superfood latte mixes can be prepared hot or cold and can also be used in smoothies, breakfast bowls and also in baking.

A little goes a long way

No unnecessary product fillers with names we can’t pronounce, we only use real, pure plant-based ingredients. That means you don’t need a lot to get the benefits and taste. Only one teaspoon is all you need to prepare a delicious superfood latte.
